With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… planning permission for a development which will consist of demolition of an attached store and
existing boundary wall and piers. Also included is the construction of a single storey extension and
pergola, elevational amendments, infill boundary wall to block up one of two site entrances,
landscaping and all associated site works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 30/04/2025 and is referred to the following for observations:
