With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of the
proposed development.
… permission to demolish existing derelict dwelling house, replace with new storey and a half style dwelling
house, new sewerage wastewater treatment system and percolation area, use existing site entrance, and all
associated site development works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority within the period
