The Road’s Section has reviewed this application request that further information be submitted before an
informed decision can be made on the following items:
• With respect to Appendix 9 Traffic & Transport Assessment, it is considered a Traffic and Transport
Scoping Study would be of benefit to the applicant.
• With respect to Appendix 10 a Road Safety Audit is to be carried out on the development.
