and 2 no. 2 bedroomed semidetached houses and all ancillary and associated site
development works including site clearance works, new vehicular and pedestrian access off
the N53 Dundalk Road, car parking spaces, communal open space area, hard and soft
landscaping and boundary treatment works at Connabury Castleblayney Co. Monaghan for
GEC Development and Construction Ltd.)
A submission/observation in writing has been received from: Audrey Brady, Conabury,
Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan, on: 18/07/2025 in relation to the above planning application.
The appropriate fee of €20 has been paid.
The submission/observation is in accordance with the appropriate provisions of the Planning &
Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and will be taken into account by the Planning
