With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… permission to construct a new dormer style dwelling house, establish new entrance onto private
laneway, realignment of existing laneway entrance onto public road L4621, new sewerage wastewater
treatment system and percolation area, together with all associated site development works.
