With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of the
proposed development.
… planning permission for the infilling of lands with imported inactive or inert waste (app. 6220m³) to a maximum
depth of 2.4m over 0.80Ha, accessed off existing entrance, finished with topsoil and grassed over on completion,
together with all ancillary & associated site works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority within the period
of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This application was received on
