With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… planning permission for a new two storey style dwelling house, establish new entrance onto public
road L4310, new sewerage wastewater treatment system and percolation area, together with all
associated site development works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
