With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… permission for these works consist of: 1. Construction of a single storey bungalow type dwelling
house, proprietary waste water treatment system and polishing filter, construct new entrance onto
existing laneway and all other associated site development works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
