With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… permission consisting of the construction of an extension to the rear of an existing storey and a half
type dwelling house, internal and external alterations to dwelling house, conversion of existing attached
shed to living accommodation, new/modified entrance, boundary walls, piers and fencing,
decommissioning of existing septic tank and replace with proprietary sewage treatment unit and
percolation area and all ancillary site works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
