LETTER OF CONSENT
I, Larry Duffy, as Bishop of the Diocese of Clogher and Trustee of the Roman Catholic
Diocese and Parishes of Clogher give consent to Tydavnet Community Childcare Co. LTD to
the following:
To widen laneway from entrance of Car Park to hedge boarding Parish Lands with
new Childcare Site - by 2 Metres (removing hedge & replace with footpath & also
hedge or fence) — refer to draft map
to lay pipes on same laneway for Sewage & Water connection and return laneway to
original standard — refer to draft map
Use of Car Park — permission for Parents to park when leaving & collecting children
form the new proposed Childcare facility
Permission to acquire laneway at the rear of Parish property for Children to have a
safe walkway to & from Tydavnet National School approx. 3 Metres refer to draft
map
A scaled drawing of the proposed works is requested in advance of work and to be
