Comments:
I recommend that the applicant be requested to submit additional information as follows:
1. Information reflecting how it is proposed to enforce the Exit only onto the R186 as shown on
the Site Layout Map. Currently the Right of Way to the Graveyard and the Agricultural Land is
accessible at this location.
2. A revised plan showing new design levels and widths with the extents of the new carriageway
width and footpath levels in relation to the existing church carpark levels. The concern is in
relation to proximity of the adjoining traffic accessing the graveyard, school and agricultural
land. How is it proposed to mitigate any potential steep gradients at the back of the footpath
down to the church carpark levels. These parameters should be shown in section details with
any safety/mitigating measures illustrated.
3. This additional information shall be submitted on a revised site layout plan at a scale of 1:500,
and any section details at the appropriate scales. Applicant to illustrate on the revised site
layout plan all necessary site work which would be required to be remove.
