Re: Pre-Licence – Treacy’s Hotel
Dear Peter,
Mitchell Environmental have been engaged by Leah Unicorn Unlimited Company to undertake
wastewater treatment works at Treacy’s Hotel, Losset, Kingscourt Road, Carrickmacross, Co.
Monaghan.
In response to the correspondence received from Monaghan County Council on the
12/09/2025, we would like to give reassurance that we have taken all comments on board.
We would like to firstly apologise for the delay in the submission of the discharge licence
application. We are currently in the process of finalising raw and wastewater treatment sample
results, and unfortunately there have been delays in this process. We are doing everything in
our power to meet deadlines.
We would like to respectfully request additional time in which to submit a complete discharge
licence application for Treacy’s Hotel, Co. Monaghan. We will have the discharge licence
application submitted in its entirety by the 15/11/2025.
Again, we apologise for this inconvenience, and we appreciate your continued support and
understanding. We look forward to future correspondence on this matter.
