I wish to acknowledge receipt of your application for permission and permission for retention consisting
of the following: A change of use of 1 bay of existing machinery shed to proposed waste processing
building, erect new Bio Filter Structure to side of building, new structure over existing wastewater tanks
concrete apron and all ancillary works. To retain existing storage shed and underground tanks and office
buildings and all associated site development works. A waste facility permit and/or certificate of
Registration application will be applied for separately to Monaghan County Council at Mullanarry
Carrickmacross Co. Monaghan was received on 16/10/2025.
The drawings and specifications submitted with your application are being examined by the Council’s
technical staff and you will be notified of the Council’s decision in due course.
Please note that no work should be carried out in connection with the proposal until a written grant of
permission to do so has been received by you from this Council. The carrying out of work, without the
permission referred to, could render you liable for legal proceedings under the Planning Acts.
Please note that the validity of this application is subject to the Site Notice complying with the
Regulations. An inspection of the site will be carried out within a period of five weeks from the date of
receipt of your application. If in the event of the Site Notice not complying with the Regulations, this
application will be declared Invalid and returned to you.
