With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission to refurbish and convert a 3 storey terrace town house to apartments with localised
external staircase to the rear for access to first and second floor apartments and
extension/refurbishment of rear building, this consists of 2no. 1 bed apartments, 1no. studio
apartment and maintaining shop front on ground floor including all associated site works.
