Applicant Planning permission to construct 1 No. poultry house together
with all ancillary structures (to include meal storage bin(s)) and
site works associated with the development This application
relates to a development which is for the purposes of an
activity requiring a licence under part IV of the environmental
protection agency (Licensing) regulations 1994 to 2013, An
environmental impact assessment report (E.I.A.R) will be
submitted with the planning application
No objections to the Planning Application subject to the following conditions:
1. The proposed building works shall comply with the requirements of the Building Control Regulations
(As Amended). Commencement Notice to be submitted via BCMS.
2. The proposed building works shall comply with the requirements of the Building Regulations (As
Amended).
a. Means of Escape - The travel distance from any point in a room or storey should not exceed 18m
in one direction or 45 metres in more than one direction. Where this cannot be achieved
additional exit doors shall be provided.
3. The provision of water supply for firefighting proposes shall be provided in accordance with Clause 5.3
of Technical Guidance Document B Fire Safety 2024.
4. Fire Brigade Vehicle access shall be provided in accordance with Clause 5.4 of Technical Guidance
Document Part B Fire Safety 2024 including turning facilities where dead-ends exceed 20.0m.
5. The proposed building works shall be designed and constructed in accordance with Part M Access &
Use, of the Second Schedule of the Building Regulations, 1997-2022.
