T0 whom it may concern. We want to object to planning number 2560416 at JC
Environmental, as we have a number of concerns in relation to it. We are directly impacted
by location of this facility to our home. It Is not on the outskirts of town .It Is in a densely
populated urban Residential area within the town Boundaries .We would like to reiterate our
previous objections which are Noise Pollution and Air Pollution. We are already very unhappy
with the volume of traffic on a lane in very close proximity to our house
,Trucks,Tractors,Trailors reversing sirens beeping all hours of day and night starting at 5am
and finishing at 1am .This has increased in volume over the last few years. There is also a
security Tannoy system that roars during the night. These noise levels are unacceptable with
no consideration for neighbours trying to sleep. There is a serious problem with pungent
smells very offensive .We can no longer enjoy our Garden for years now .We Can not open
windows or use our clothes line due to these smells and also due to clouds of dust created
by heavy traffic on a dry lane destroying our outdoor furniture , windows and cars .
Everything is filthy. We are not happy for this business to be further developed . We Have
also grave concerns about the underground storage tanks . We Have had previous
experience of leaks pouring into our premises where our house was marooned in liquid
waste on a few occassions . This business was not in operation when we built our home next
door to a pig farm with very little noise pollution .We also have concerns regarding the value
of our property will continue to decline due to the close proximity to this Business. We want
to point out that this is hugely impacting our life . In Conclusion we strongly object to the
continuance and retension of this facility and any further developments .Yours Sincerely
