With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… Retention Permission and Permission consisting of the following: Retaining an as-constructed storage
extension, incorporating ancillary covered canopy, attached to the rear of existing commercial
property. Erecting a new single storey, portal framed storage extension, incorporating ancillary covered
canopy to rear, attached to the side of existing commercial property. Creating a new a new site entrance
onto public road replacing existing site entrance to be permanently closed. Creating a new permeable-
surfaced storage area for the stacking of de-polluted end of life vehicles, together with all associated site
works. [This site relates to an activity authorised under the waste management (Facility Permit &
Registration) regulations 2007 S.I. No. 821/2007].
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 12/11/2025 and is referred to the following for observations:
