I wish to acknowledge receipt of your application for retention and permission for a development the
proposed works will consist of the following: 1) To retain change of use from a single storey agricultural
shed to a two-storey style dwelling house with carport and garage on ground floor level, with increased
ridge height, elevational changes and retain entrance gate pillars with wing walls and concrete apron at
roadside, and 2) Permission to complete the development and proposed new sewerage wastewater
treatment system and percolation area, additional sunroom extension, raising of ground levels to the
southwest side of the existing development, and all ancillary site works at Agheeshal Broomfield Co.
Monaghan was received on 14/11/2025.
The drawings and specifications submitted with your application are being examined by the Council’s
technical staff and you will be notified of the Council’s decision in due course.
Please note that no work should be carried out in connection with the proposal until a written grant of
permission to do so has been received by you from this Council. The carrying out of work, without the
permission referred to, could render you liable for legal proceedings under the Planning Acts.
Please note that the validity of this application is subject to the Site Notice complying with the
Regulations. An inspection of the site will be carried out within a period of five weeks from the date of
receipt of your application. If in the event of the Site Notice not complying with the Regulations, this
application will be declared Invalid and returned to you.
