I wish to acknowledge receipt of your application for planning permission for a development which will
consist of the re-contouring of existing undulating agricultural farmland to include the importation of
green field soil and stone in order to raise the levels of the land together with all ancillary site
development works under an Article 27 declaration. The lands will be covered with topsoil and reseeded
with grass when completed at Binmore Castleblaney Co. Monaghan was received on 21/11/2025.
The drawings and specifications submitted with your application are being examined by the Council’s
technical staff and you will be notified of the Council’s decision in due course.
Please note that no work should be carried out in connection with the proposal until a written grant of
permission to do so has been received by you from this Council. The carrying out of work, without the
permission referred to, could render you liable for legal proceedings under the Planning Acts.
Please note that the validity of this application is subject to the Site Notice complying with the
Regulations. An inspection of the site will be carried out within a period of five weeks from the date of
receipt of your application. If in the event of the Site Notice not complying with the Regulations, this
application will be declared Invalid and returned to you.
