To whom it may concern,
Monaghan County Council consents to allow a Planning Application to be made for
development on land in the ownership of Monaghan County Council at Dernaglug,
Doohamlet by Doohamlet Construction Company Ltd and / or by an agent acting on
behalf of Doohamlet Construction Company Ltd.
This consent shall not prejudice the performance by the planning authority of its
functions under the Planning and Development Act.
The land referred to is outlined in red and annotated with the letter “A” on the map
image above.
