Accordingly, please submit: a)Confirmation that all mitigation measures recommended in the noise impact assessment (including acoustic barriers/fencing) are incorporated into the site design, with their location clearly shown on the revised layout plan. b)Details for continuous noise monitoring during the operational phase, including what steps will be taken if noise levels go above the agreed limits. c)A community liaison plan, to inform nearby residents (and to keep them informed) about the works and about who they can contact if issues arise. 2.Sections 15.13 and 15.32 of the County Development Plan 2025-2031 cover agricultural development and the infilling of lands. In the interest of clarity and to allow for a fully informed decision, please demonstrate (i) why the development is necessary for the running of your farm enterprise, and (ii) how the infilling of the land would meet current farm management requirements. 3.The information submitted is insufficient with regards environmental protection and the proper planning and sustainable development of the area. This information shall be completed by a qualified environmental consultant. e) Submit a revised tonnage of waste or greenfield soil and stone material proposed to be imported and infilled on-site taking into account a reduced infill area on-site because of buffer zones. This to include a topographical survey using ARC 3D or similar modelling. f) Submit an agricultural improvement plan demonstrating no net loss to biodiversity or water quality following completion of infilling. 4.
