With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… permission for development consisting of the following: • The provision of 29 no. dwellings
comprising: • 1 No. 2 bed detached bungalow dwellings, • 4 no. 2 bed semi-detached bungalow
dwellings, • 6 No. 2 bed semi-detached two-storey dwellings, • 2 No. 3 bed detached two-storey
dwellings, • 11 No. 3 bed semi-detached two-storey dwellings, • 5 no. 4 bed semi-detached two-storey

Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
