DUNAREE, LARAGH, CASTLEBLAYNEY,
CO. MONAGHAN.
THE DEVELOPMENT WILL CONSIST OF: -
A 2- STOREY / SINGLE STOREY TYPE DWELLING
HOUSE, A DOMESTIC GARAGE, A DOMESTIC
WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM,
THE USE OF AN EXISTING SITE ENTRANCE
AND PRIVATE LANEWAY TO ACCESS THE
DEVELOPMENT TO INCLUDE ALL ASSOCIATED
SITE DEVELOPMENT WORKS.
The Planning Application may be inspected or purchased, at a fee not exceeding the
reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of Monaghan Co. Co, County Offices, No. 1
Dublin Street, Monaghan, during public opening hours Tel. 047-30532.
A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the
planning authority on payment of €20 within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of
receipt by the planning authority of the application.
Any such submissions or observations will be considered by the Planning Authority in making
a decision on the application. The Planning Authority may grant permission subject to or
without conditions or may refuse to grant permission.
