With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… planning permission to comprise of the following: 1_demolition of existing two-storey dwelling,
associated outbuildings & agricultural buildings, 2_erection of a replacement two-storey dwelling,
carport & attached domestic garage, 3_erection of a single-storey replacement outbuilding for use
ancillary to existing agricultural lands, 4_new vehicular entrance with gates and piers & landscaped
driveway, 5_installation of new waste water treatment system & percolation area, 6_ all associated
site works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 19/12/2025 and is referred to the following for observations:
