Re: The development for which retention permission and Permission is sought consists of:
The development for which retention permission is sought consists of two no. single storey storage buildings, an office build ing and
storage yard for the storage of building materials, plant and machinery. Retention permission is also sought for boundary fen cing,
piers, concrete boundary walls, site clearance and all associated site development works.
Permission is also sought for a wastewater treatment system, percolation area, petrol interceptors and all associated site wo rks.
