With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… planning permission to erect 2no. dwellinghouses, consisting of 1no. two storey dwellinghouse and
1no. dormer dwellinghouse along with 2no. single storey detached domestic garages, 2no. wastewater
treatment systems and 2no. Site Entrances complete with all ancillary and associated site works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
