I wish to acknowledge receipt of your application for permission for the development consists of the
alteration, extension and refurbishment of existing single-storey storage units, the construction of a new
single- storey yard store, the installation of new timber panel fence to the northwest boundary, upgrade
surface finishes to the yard area and designated car parking spaces, the installation of a new silt tank, oil
water separator tank & stormwater infiltration system together with all associated and ancillary site
works at Derrynaloobinagh Meeting House Lane Ballybay, Co. Monaghan was received on 23/01/2026.
The drawings and specifications submitted with your application are being examined by the Council’s
technical staff and you will be notified of the Council’s decision in due course.
Please note that no work should be carried out in connection with the proposal until a written grant of
permission to do so has been received by you from this Council. The carrying out of work, without the
permission referred to, could render you liable for legal proceedings under the Planning Acts.
Please note that the validity of this application is subject to the Site Notice complying with the
Regulations. An inspection of the site will be carried out within a period of five weeks from the date of
receipt of your application. If in the event of the Site Notice not complying with the Regulations, this
application will be declared Invalid and returned to you.
