With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… permission for the development consists of the alteration, extension and refurbishment of existing
single-storey storage units, the construction of a new single- storey yard store, the installation of new
timber panel fence to the northwest boundary, upgrade surface finishes to the yard area and designated
car parking spaces, the installation of a new silt tank, oil water separator tank & stormwater infiltration
system together with all associated and ancillary site works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 23/01/2026 and is referred to the following for observations:
