With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… permission for the development will consist of; Removal of existing roof, raising of load-bearing walls
to construct first and second storey’s, construction of new roof, widening of existing site entrance and
driveway, internal and external additions and alterations, and all associated site works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 28/01/2026 and is referred to the following for observations:
