The Road’s Section has reviewed this application request that further information be submitted before an
informed decision can be made on the following items:
1.0 A Traffic and Transport Assessemnt Report is to be carried out on the development, in accordance
with Appendix 9.
2.0 The Road’s Section has reviewed this application and have concerns regarding the desire pathway
for pedestrians from the development to the main street in the village of Emyvale, connectivity from
the development to the village is not evident on the plans provided.
