With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… permission for the proposed development will consist of remodelling, internal alterations, and storey
and a half extension to existing Two storey dwelling house to include,• Elevational changes to all
elevations • storey and a half extension to the side and single storey extension to the front of existing
dwelling.• Internal alterations to floor plan layout.• All associated site and landscaping works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 10/02/2026 and is referred to the following for observations:
