With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… permission for the construction of a one and a half storey dwelling house with detached domestic
garage, upgrade of existing site entrance onto public road, wastewater treatment system and
percolation area and all associated site works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
