With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… permission for (1) construction of an agricultural entrance onto the existing public road to comprise of
entrance piers, fencing and lay-by area, (2) completion of all associated and ancillary site works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
