With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… permission for a development which will consist of a single storey extension and elevational
amendments to an existing dwelling. Also included is the relocation of the site entrance, new access
lane and parking area, garage, proposed wastewater treatment system and percolation area and all
associated site works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 18/02/2026 and is referred to the following for observations:
