With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… permission for a development which will consist of a) decommissioning and removal of existing
wastewater treatment plant and percolation area and b) installation of new treatment plant comprising a
cast in-situ concrete compartmented tank structure with four biozones, balancing tank, sludge storage
tank, final settlement tank, control room and aeration blower on a cast in-situ concrete plinth with
fenced enclosure, c) 1670m2 reed and willow bed tertiary treatment and polishing system d) new
discharge to existing surface water course, together with e) associated external works including new
access to existing adjacent service yard, connections to all existing services.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 18/02/2026 and is referred to the following for observations:
