ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
1.
The information submitted with this application is not sufficient to allow a determination on
the possible impacts of the proposed development on surrounding surface and ground waters.
Therefore, it is recommended that the following additional information is requested from the
applicant:
• Submit a revised site drainage plan which clearly outlines all foul lines (in red), storm
lines (in blue) and the location of all associated outfall points.
• Submit a fully complete water protection checklist.

The Planning Authority is of the opinion that the applicant has failed to satisfactorily
demonstrate that the proposed development will be used for domestic and equine purposes.
In this regard the applicant is requested to submit (a) evidence to demonstrate the extent of
the applicant's equine needs at this location, and (b) evidence to demonstrate need for
additional domestic storage.
The planner dealing with this application is R.J. McAleer
