With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… permission to construct 1 No. poultry house and 1 No. Manure loading area together with all ancillary
structures (to include meal storage bin(s) and soiled water tank(s)) and site works associated with the
above development at Gola English, Scotstown, Co. Monaghan.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
