A revised Site Layout Plan to be submitted showing the following;
a) Existing dwelling located to the north of the proposed development.
b) Location of DWWTS serving dwellings to the North and South of the proposed
development.
c) All works relating to the development must be within the red line site area

In the interest of clarity and to allow for a fully informed decision, the applicant is requested to
submit detailed drawings of the existing dwelling.
