With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission for development, the development will consist of: Demolition of attached garage,
construction of a single storey extension to the front and side of existing dwelling, raising of existing
roof structure to incorporate first floor with dormer windows, internal and external alterations and
additions and all associated site works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
