A submission was lodged by James Goldsmith of Ballybrennan, Little Killinick,
County Wexford, Y35P262; on 03rd February 2026. This submission was
subsequently withdrawn.
We have been requested as part of a request for additional information
received from the local planning authority to address the “pertinent” issues
highlighted in the submission:
Submission Reason 01.
Noise impacts, hours of operation and effects on nearby housing.
We confirm that the revised proposed hours of operations and deliveries
will be restricted to the hours of 07:00 hours to 20:00 hours, in the
interests of safeguarding local residential amenity.
Submission Reason 02.
Traffic generation, parking layout and on-site safety
The revised proposed use will reduce the traffic movements associated
with the site both in terms of deliveries and more significantly the
massive reduction in use by the general public, realistically the
estimated number of employees per shift would max out at 40 persons.
The revised car parking and access arrangements including the
segregation of the main delivery and collection areas to the eastern
section off the site coupled with the provision of suitable bike parking
will result in massively improved on site safety for vehicles, cyclist and
pedestrians.
