With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… permission to retain alterations to previously granted 23/60051 to include alterations to elevations (as
built), alterations to rear boundary, change of position to vehicular entrance onto public roadway and
driveway, positional change of wastewater treatment system and all associated site works at.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 12/03/2026 and is referred to the following for observations:
