With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… permission to demolish existing two storey dwelling and replace with a two storey style dwelling
house, upgrade existing septic tank to a new sewerage wastewater treatment system and percolation
area and all associated site development works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
