With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to the
development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing position of
the proposed development.
… permission for a development to consist of:- Proposed material alterations and a new 90 m²
extension to the rear of the existing single-storey dwelling. - The reconfiguration of the existing roof
profile on the East-West axis to incorporate a new front gable and to facilitate the accommodation of 2
no. bedrooms, a bathroom, and a playroom within the roof space. - Internal alterations including the
installation of a new staircase in the existing entrance hall, comprehensive thermal upgrades, and - All
associated site works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 16/03/2026 and is referred to the following for observations:
