25/60319 :- Permission for the development will consist of: to construct a new bungalow style
dwelling house, establish new entrance onto public road L3442, new sewerage wastewater
treatment system and percolation area, together with all associated site development works at
Cashel, Annyalla, Castleblayney, Co. Monaghan.

I acknowledge receipt of your correspondence received on 19th March 2026 and wish to advise you
that Monaghan County Council has consented to an extension of time on above application until
the 8th July 2026.
You are advised that any further information should be submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to
the expiration of the extension of time.
