Having regard to the nature and location of the development, the applicant is requested to provide additional information which demonstrates how the proposal complies with aforementioned Section 15.28. 2. Having regard to same, the applicant is requested to submit further and/or revised details which clearly demonstrates how the proposed development would not unduly disturb any surrounding residential properties. Submitted details should have particular regard to the potential issues of noise, general disturbance and overlooking generated as a result of the proposed development and how these potential issues can be satisfactorily controlled, mitigated and/or avoided. The applicant should also submit an operational management plan for the proposed development which includes the following details; (a) Duration of stays for residents.
