With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission for the development will consist of a single storey dwelling house, single storey
domestic garage, upgrade of existing farm entrance and access lane, provision of entrance piers,
installation of a wastewater treatment system and percolation area together with all ancillary site
development works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 24/03/2026 and is referred to the following for observations:
