SITE NOTICE
MONAGHAN COUNTY COUNCIL
Significant Further Information/Revised Plans
I, Dermot Mooney, have applied for Permission for a development at Binmore, Castleblayney,
Co. Monaghan (Planning Reference No. 25/60415).
The development applied for will consist of the re-contouring of existing undulating
agricultural farmland to include the importation of soil, subsoil and inert material in order to
raise the levels of part of the land together with all ancillary site development works. The
lands will be recovered with topsoil and reseeded with ryegrass upon completion of the re-
contouring works.
Significant Further Information/Revised Plans have been furnished to Monaghan County
Council in respect of this development, and are available for inspection or purchase at a fee
not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy at the offices of Monaghan County
Council during its public opening hours Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans may be
made in writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the receipt of the
further information by the planning authority. A submission or observation must be
accompanied by the prescribed fee of 20 euro, except in the case of a person or body who has
already made a submission or observation.
