With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission for: 1) demolition of an existing garage / store, 2) construction of an extension to the
side of the existing dwelling including internal and external alterations, and 3) all ancillary site
development works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
