With reference to Article 28 of the Planning and Development Regulations 2001 (as amended) and to
the development description below, please find below link to of all relevant documents showing
position of the proposed development.
… permission for development the development will consist of; demolition of single storey garage,
construction of a single storey extension to rear and front of existing bungalow, raised roof,
alterations and additions to interior and exterior of existing dwelling, domestic garage, wastewater
treatment system, boundary fencing, revised boundaries and levels and all associated site works.
Please note that submissions or observations must be received in writing by the planning authority
within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the authority of the application. This
application was received on 26/03/2026 and is referred to the following for observations:
