SITE NOTICE OF FURTHER INFORMATION/ REVISED PLANS

The development applied for consisted of the demolition of an attached store and
existing boundary wall and piers. Also included is the construction of a single storey
extension and pergola, elevational amendments, infill boundary wall to block up one
of two site entrances, landscaping and all associated site works.
Revisions to the development comprise of 1.) the replacement of an existing septic
tank with a new wastewater treatment system, percolation area and all
associated site works, 2.) revisions to the drawings to include requested
information on surface water and foul drainage.
Significant Further Information/ Revised Plans have been furnished to Monaghan
County Council in respect of this proposed development, and are available for
inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at
the offices of Monaghan County Council, Planning Office, 1 Dublin Street,
Monaghan during public opening hours.
A submission or observation in relation to the further information or revised plans
may be made in writing to the planning authority not later than 2 weeks after the
receipt of both the newspaper notice and site notice by the planning authority. A
submission or observation must be accompanied by the prescribed fee of 20 euro,
except in the case of a person or body who has already made a submission or
observation.
